An UTG/UTG+1 limp is usually one of two things. A monster looking to LRR or a small pair looking to see a cheap flop - sometimes a suited connector by a bad player (or a good player who has noticed the table is prone to limping and is trying to flop a monster and stack someone).

However you look at this, with the UTG+1 shove, you're up against:
A: An overpair to your tens.
B: A set of 4's
C: Top two pair.

It's an easy fold, not even close.

You can beat 78. Anything else crushes you. Even QJ is a decent favourite over you.

Fold.

It's cliche, but it's troo.

Don't go broke in an unraised pot.

You're a coin flip against QJ.

Do you think he does this with T2 (limped utg+1?), 78 or A9? Are you hoping to chop with T5?

You opened with a 3/4 pot size bet to find out where you were...you found out where you were.

Way too many possible hands crush you, including things like AA/KK which he hoped for a preflop raise.

Sometimes the simple move is the easiest - fold.

you'll have about 13.8k left and blinds + antes = 1.8k
pot is approx 22k for your last 13.8 to call.

even with that bad of an M and nice pot odds, you can't call without some serious reads on UTG making these shoves all the time, and you could give him a worse hand here. He saw you lead, and you look committed, I doubt he's playing anything not crushing you.

I also think you could lead for 2700-3000 here
