I withdrew some money today and it broke it into two lines
NETELLER CASHOUT $X
NETELLER CREDITBACK $X
The creditback has hit my neteller, but not the cashout. Could somebody explain why the difference and how long the cashout amount should take?

This is a guess but I think stars gives you the money that you deposited back immediately and you have to wait for any profit to clear security.
Yeah, I think it all clears within 72 hours.
say you put $500 into stars through neteller, and try to cashout $1000. youll get your $500 back immediately, then they screen your account to check all was well then send the other $500.usually 24 hours, sometimes 48 if its a weekend.
