Accidentally posted this in General too, but here it is again... Hopefully we can just keep it to this thread..
Hello, I am posting the last 58 hands of my $10 MTT...I would greatly appreciate it if you guys could look at my play and critique some of plays (both good and bad)
I think I played weak/tight near the end of the tournament, but I am not really sure...I would love some feedback. Go to www.handhistory.blogspot.com to read it...
Thanks

Here's the thing. I'd love to be able to go over that stuff and help you out. But, I HATE hand histories. I don't even analyze my own because I find them way too hard to sort through and try to get meaningful information out of. I wish I could help.

Cinci,
Have you ever loaded your tourney summaries into PT and then used their hand replayer to go over your tournament, and analyze it that way? I did that once, and I'm sure it could be a ton of help, and way more useful than reading raw HHs.

Never have. I've never been able to really get PT to work for Tourneys, but I'm probably doing something wrong. I really kind of suck at computers unless it's real basic stuff.

There were some spots where you could've tried stealing (like #357) but I don't know how anyone can criticize you for folding with a healthy stack. Basically you just got sucked out on in hand #358. Tournament was played very well overall.

Really like the play on #314. His min raise to me looks like 8-10s and I like the push with the draw there, specially since it was a c/r.
curious on hands like #331 how the blind battles were going against this guy. I think calling there isnt a terrible idea/raising to steal but thats just me.
well played, sucks to lose those big hands when you are way ahead deep.

I dunno. I dont like to steal unless I have a decent hand...Shoud I raise with any 2 on hand #331? I mean i was playing pretty tight at the time, but I was caught stealing a couple times earlier, so I dont know how he would have read me...
Also, Im putting up the HH for the whole tournament if any of you guys are interested...

thats fair. if you got busted stealing, then your image isnt quite what i thought. i just see you as fairly tight and not making a lot of moves so you have so manuverability here. id prob raise.
