Really?

I fold. UTG with only 23, and a pair of jacks, three clubs?

gets heads up all in with the shortstack. pick up the dead money.

the button made me nervous to do it, he was quite a calling station. i still think i should have done it.

UTG+1 pots it, and gets 3 callers...

You NEED an ace here to have any shot at low.
Looks like most of em are out already.

I fold UTG, then I fold when it gets back to me.

i dont think you understand what i was thinking a repot would do.

look at how short utg is. if i repot it they would need a helluva hand to call. if they both folded and i got headsup with utg im not really ever that much of a dog. all the extra money in the pot gives me some padding for when i am.

i do stuff like this a lot. i didnt here because i was playing horribly tonight and wasnt listening to myself at all. im not being argumentative with you btw, im trying to explain what i was going to try to accomplish with reraising. i would really like to know what people think about it.

Nah, I know you're not being argumentative, I like debating over hands, etc, and we usually end up thinking along similar lines.

I just think this isn't the hand to get into a battle royal with in this spot. You know UTG+1 is calling for his last couple of bucks, that's a given, but man, if anyone else calls (which is a good possibility with 4 people...) you're in deep $hit I think. Like I say, I fold anyways when UTG with this hand. You're in terrible position with a very mediocre hand.

fold preflop

seriously

your hand is not strong at all, and i gauruntee a few of the aces you need for that NL are in other players hands, judging by the action. this is an easy fold.
