Has anyone ever had the problem with Full Tilt by being able to connect to the site, but unable to log into your account? I got kicked out of my tournament, but not disconnected, so I exited the site, and restarted it. I am able to log in to the site, but when i try to log into my account, I get a "Waiting for Permission to Log In..." message....and after a couple minutes, another message pops up that says "The account you are attempting to access has denied your log-in." I am currently watching myself at my table being blinded off, this is assanine.

yes, you need to shut your computer off and restart. Or even better, they told me i couldn't get a refund because i eventually made it back to the tournament. If you are real shortstacked, dont even bother going back and try to get a refund.

when you eventually get hold of support they will tell you your graphics card is outdated, even though you can clearly see your table, you just aren't allowed to play.

its awesome isnt it?

i quit FullTilt until this week. since they are supporting me, I figured i should reciprocate so I am grudgingly going back.

good luck

Yes, I had the same problem tonight. I was playing in 2 $50 SNG's, I had a huge chip lead with 5 left on each table. Like you I was booted off. Same error messages and same problem with contacting support. I watched myself blinded off in 4th on both tables. I sent 3 emails, no response. I even tried to reboot my cpu and recycle my modem and router. This was at 7pm, 3 hours later I still can't login.

There is a long thread at 2+2 about this, FTP is having some growing pains.

Watch out if you are a new player when you make your 1st cashout, ther have to do an audit and with all the new players it may take 2-3 days and some accounts have been locked for this time.
