Bob, would it be wise to go ahead and withdraw my money? I have faith in you guys, and don't think you guys would run off with the money or anything, I just don't want to have money hanging in limbo indefinitely that I could have in play.

Or will the cashier be accessible during the move?

Bob, I can appreciate you're proably having a hard time at the moment, and I admire your patience in the face of what must be a constant headache.

I'm with BigMike here, although my situation is much more complicated, since I am a non-US player. You probably can't help me at all, given that this problem is with OnGame, not FCP, but i would appreciate it greatly if you could peruse my comments here amd advise if there is anything you can do at your end, maybe pass on my comments to OnGame through more official channels. (i.e. they might be more likely to listen to you, rather than some UK punk who just appears as a four figure number to them [5200 to be precies!])

It's still premature for us to know how long any disruption will last but it should be for a very short period of time.

US players will still be able to play at On Game and withdrawal their money for a period of time that isn't firm yet to our knowledge but will still be a few weeks away. Even after that date US players will still be able to withdraw their money from their On Game poker account to our cashier system.

Once we have firmer dates and information for everybody we'll let them know.








I've sent a message to On Game and I've been told I'll have more information from them on Tuesday about Poker Classic refunds and who can get one and who can't.

As FCP has decided to switch networks, I had a question regarding qualifying tickets.

Are these transferrable to the new poker room? This may be difficult, since the buy in amounts may not be the same, or it the ongame network can't refund these??

If they're not transferrable, will we be given fair warning to use up all these tourney tickets before the network switch takes place? Should I stop playing qualifiers?

Just a few more things to think about before the switch.

Hi, tourney tickets can't be switched over since they are specific to On Game.

If you like a particular tournament and have a ticket for it you should use it. I can't say what the exact procedure will be but you won't lose the value of the ticket in any transition.

sorry for being dense here Bob, I havnt fully followed everything legally...as far as I knew with the bill being passed, US players cannot play online any longer (well not after the 270 day period). So why are you able to switch networks legally and allow US players to play on your network?

Not to say its a bad thing, I think its great you can.....just wondering why you can. Thanks
