I made a withdrawl to Neteller yesterday (Wednesday) and support told me it may take until Monday to get my money?! Seriously, this is not acceptable. FCP, don't make me say goodbye, because I will.

Hi Cfinn, support has nothing to do with withdrawals.

I haven't looked to see about yours but the Neteller requests from Wednesday are being processed by our accounts person who is in until about midnight Pacific time tonight.

I've been playing here for a few months and have been fortunate enough to run hot and cash out several times.

One of the reasons that I've recommended FCP to friends is because cash always (until now) hits Neteller within 24 hours.

I'm another who's waiting and worrying this time.

I appreciate that it's tough times for your business, but losing (non US) customer confidence isn't going to help.

Netteler is usually pretty fast. Hope it all works out. I too sadly withdrew today because I wanted to be safe than sorry.

This Whole thing makes me very upset....it's like hearing that you might have a grave disease or something. I've actually got a pit in my stomach.

I hope this can be fixed in the future somehow.

My cash has now hit Neteller.

Slightly slower than usual for whatever reason, but still quick compared to some other sites.
