I had a problem yesterday with my account, and, remembering that we had a dedicated Charter Member support line, I called that number. They troubleshooted, then the instant it was finished, I was told, "We're changing support teams soon, so please update your directory to the number listed on the FCP Support Page."

....that's an absolutely joke.

OK, so now for the rest of good stuff you Charter Members have been waiting so patiently to hear. Here are some the benefits and privileges you will receive for signing up right out of the gate:

4. Charter Member (CM) Customer Service. FCP will absolutely take care of its players, especially Charter Members- you have your own 1-800 number dedicated to Charter Members only and special Charter Member email and chat support.
a. Charter Member Phone #: 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx (deleted so non-charter member won't see, not that it matters anyway).

So basically, everything promised to us Charter members have been thrown out the window. That's customer service #1.

and i never even knew about this number just for charter members, but, everytime ive called the regular customer support, the wait time has always been under 30 seconds and any problems/questions ive had have been taken care of promptly...so, even if we still had that number, i cant imagine it being any different than regular customer service.

This whole charter member thing went down while i was on hiatus, I'm still pissed I didn't get to sign up....

QFT. I just got back from Vegas and now find out about all the instability. Not good. I appreciate all of Bob's efforts, but I fear this bill passing may have a bigger impact than I imagined.

Just last week I was stranded on I-15 between Baker and Primm with two flats and no gas. I called the charter hotline and was back on the road in 9 1/2 minutes!

By the way, have you noticed that the pizza is a little cold when they deliver it via that number???
