Not knowing stacks, I think (very roughly) I call if we are deepstacked, and if calling would take out >1/3 of our stack I shove.

On a paired board if there is one bettor, one caller and you are holding one of the trips, probably one of them has the higher full slowplaying to trap you both.

Unless they are donks who can't get away from aces or who thinks their flush draw is good against trips, one of them has kings there most of the time.

You have position tho.

Call the cheap flop pot.

See how they react on turn.

What happened Preflop?

Also, I would just call the flop bet, and depending on what they do on the turn, either pot, or fold.

Agree with Simo on depending on stacks

We already know EP's hand.We aren't behind him if not way ahead.

If we re-pot Mid-P calls only if he has kings otherwise he folds.

We have position we have EP commited to the pot what difference does raising flop make?We aren't getting more money in the pot by raising. But by calling we can save a buy in if EP leads turn and MID-P re-pots.

If MID-P doesn't have kings we have the nuts anyway why would we want to raise flop and push him off the pot?

That's kinda what I was trying to say with:

Your post is far more eloquent and well reasoned.
