I had been playing sort of loose aggressive lately, raising a decent amount of pots once it got to 50/100...Doubled up w/ 10s vs 9s
In a previous hand, Villain called one of my Pf raises before, flop came Axx, 2 clubs, He checked, I bet about 1/2 the pot, he doubled my raise and I folded..I had KQ that hand...
Now to the hand in question
Blinds 75/150
Hero 4K
Villain 4.5K
Heo: 10 10
UTG limps
Hero raises to 600
Villain calls, UTG folds...Pot 1500
Flop: J 7 5 rainbow
Villain bets 450
Hero....I have 3400 behind approximately

Raise.
I'm raising for value too, probably to 1200. If he has you beat oh well, but that board isn't too threatening, and has some draws, 68/89. Plus he may think you are weak tight and easy to get off of hands because of the minraise thing.

With UTG behind him yet to respond to your raise, hes probably got some value for his call. Putting him on 77-JJ, AK, AQ, Axs (down to 9), QJs
,JTs, (a "worst case" kind of range, taking into account that he probably doesnt lead the flop with suited connectors that dont include a J), you are still around a 60:40 favorite.
I would reraise, trying to dislodge the overcard draws and good value for those if he calls, and better value if he has underpairs.
