Jimmy Woods as a cocky prosecutor. I watched two episodes back to back and I enjoyed it more than the other two shows I've started this year, Studio 60 and Smith.

If you like courtroom shows with Jim Woods being glib and funny, great show to watch.

Yeah it's a good show, I mean hey, it's James friggin Woods. However, the D.A. doesn't dress properly. Her outfits should be much tighter/skimpier if they want to own the 13-120 year old male demographic.

very enjoyable show. this whole new season of TV is a pleasant surprise.

He got really lucky that the gay doc came clean. Shark made a big mistake. He arrested the dude then investigated. But still a good episode.

haven't the writers of this show watched law and order - Jack McCoy never comes in until the second half hour of the show - do they really call the prosecutor in the second a rape is reported?

Glad to see you are coming around on this show, Brad. I watched and enjoyed the first episode, but it couldn't follow through in Ep2, and then Ep3 was terrible. I cancelled the Tivo recordings at that point.

Although I do wish I had seen the latest episode because I really feel like bitching about something...

This episode was actually the best one of the series so far.

The second I'm all upset that every woman in a show like this who pursues a rapist has also been raped they reveal that Madelyn made the whole thing up to help convince her witness to talk.

Also, since it's going to be clear that Julie is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt Woods will have to play dirty to get her off, which is what we all really want.

I knew he was gonna make that bet as soon as I heard it was a college football stud player that was involved

Suspend reality for an hour. Of course its silly, and like every other court show on tv, those antics would never be allowed, but I just like Jimmy Woods that much and I really dig the snotty blonde

Actually, my dad has worked as a prosecuter for 15 years or so, and under some special circumstances they will call in a prosecuter immediately, mostly just to make sure the police don't screw up procedurally. Also, I'm thinking because this is a "special division," he's gonna get the call.

man, I was hoping for an update on the BearShark...

I hate how at the end of every episode, you have that "Full House" moment where he spends quality time with his daughter. Other than that, you can't beat James Woods. Oh, and the blond has sexiness that I can't put my finger on, but would like to.

I watched this show for the first, and probably last, time last night. Although I rather like James Woods, I just can'tstomach another plot-bare legal show, even if it does have 7of9 in it. Srsly, enough with the "guy spends 15 years in prison for a crime he didn't commit because of oversights and lack of due process" crap.

The show's plot leaves a little to be desired in the legal dept yes, but I just take it for what it is, a cheesy legal drama with my boy, Jimmy Woods.

Exactly, it's strength isn't in originality of cases etc But Woods is a helluva lot of fun to watch. However, every time I see him in the court room I have to remind myself I'm not watching "true believer."

Yeah - that's how I saw it. She's actually much too level headed for a teenager.

I'm kind of glad they made her that way....although it would be fun for the most of the male viewers if she was a provacatively dressed, coke snortin, booze addled, internet pornstar.....but maybe that's just me.....

really? I pretty much had it figured out as soon as they interviewed the daughter.

It doesnt bother me because I'm easy to entertain, but some of the stuff is silly.
