I'm not much of a cash game player, but I'm trying to learn. Read on my opponent is a loose, weak player who had folded to my raises earlier. I was playing relatively tight.

This was a full table, but I took out the other players.

Bleh. If you get called you are losing money over the long run. Our equity is a lot worse on the turn than it would be if we had the same draws on the flop.

The only way this is profitable is if our fold equity is high enough.

He is OOP.

I'd rather just lead the turn. We have a massive draw and our SD is well hidden. By bettting the turn you have 2 chances to take down the pot, either he folds, or he calls/ raises and you make your hand on the river.

The way you played it, I don't like that very much. Like Zach said, when you are called you are drawing. The pot is not very large on the turn, so we are risking alot to win a little. Not a good proposition.

Villain isn't folding very often here. Lead the turn.

OP hasn't put anything up about a read, so take this for what it's worth. If this is a solid player, then you fold quite a bit of hands given the strength that he's given off and the fact he's played out of the blinds. Most top pairs fold at this point. If this is just a calling station, Ijust take the river.
