i feel bad for him for the hit.... but watching his press performance.. i wanted to smack Bergy for being a shamefully bad actor
truth is... jones didn't intend to hit bergy from behind (and had bergy not turned his back to an oncoming hit like we're taught in motherf**king peewee, and listened to don cherrys fundamentals on coaches corner he wouldnt be in this mess)
either way... as a hockey player he's soft.... as an actor, he's wooden

Well, that was a pretty awful game by the Bruins. They looked terrible on the power play, it looked like they gave up more scoring chances than they actually got. The Bruins have scored 2 goals or less in the last 5 games, going 1-2-2.
Thomas definately stole this one for them, and has kept them in way more games than they should have been in.

This is so frustrating. Montreal keeps going up by 1, Boston keeps tying it. One of these times we aren't going to get the equalizer.
Aside from a couple of sloppy plays, this is probably the best I've seen Boston play all year.
I'm so sick of losing to Montreal, everytime they score I throw up a little.

As usual, Serge is right on the money. Tuukka Rask gets shellacked, clocked and embarrassed in his NHL debut, giving up, ummmmmm two goals in a 4-2 victory over the 2008 future Stanley Cup Champion Toronto Maple Leafs.
I wonder if the Bruins could still get anything for him after such an embarrassing performance? Maybe a backup goalie like Andrew Raycroft?

Lol, nice post

Sadly, I slept through most of the game, and only saw the last 10 minutes. But what a great 10 minutes they were. I guess it's bittersweet for Serge that Kobasew got 2 goals and an assist.
Did Rask look good? My dad told me he let in 1 weak goal, but was ok aside from that.

Rask actually looked fantastic. He did let in one weak one on a deflected slap shot from just outside the blue line, but, deflection or not, he should have made the save. Other than that.... wow.... the kid is calm like a veteran in there, his butterfly is solid, he made some AMAZING toe and leg saves. My only concern with him is his upper body size and how much of the net he covers, but time will tell whether or not shooters can pick him apart or not. The scouts say not. We'll see. Absolutely a blue chip prospect, tho...
