I have tried a dozen of times and it keeps declining my request.All my information is valid.Has any have a problem while depositing via neteller?

Never had that problem before....try contacting support.

I had problems depositing with an echeck last night. Just verify your info and you'll be fine.

I tried to cashout to Neteller last night Bud, and they said it was down.

More than likely though, they just want to confirm that your Neteller account and Stars account are owned by the same person.

Stars is reaaaaaaaaallllly good with customer service, so if you just provide them with the info, I'm sure they'll clear it up for ya.

I just sorted it.I have sent them a copy of my id.They said its the standard procedure for the people in my location.So its mostly about me being Turkish.

Well i have deposited now.
