Let me say up front that "E" is my worst game in the rotation, and that I usually play SNGs which changes things a bit. At a table this loose, I probably limp this hand on 3rd, and toss it on 4th.

The table wasn't even that loose, this kind of action was rather unusual.

Folding for two cold on 4th can't be far wrong here.

If you continue with the hand, I think you should be in check-call mode from 4th on, and be ready to fold if anyone catches scary cards.
