Can you put money into Netteller with a debit card withou linking your netteller to you back account?

I don't think you can. Neteller support is very very good though. Give them a call and see what they say.

With all the bank account stuff going on im a little weary of adding my bank acct especially bc my parents dont reallly like that i play online poker (i had my friend tranfer me money and i paid him) and i have a debit card which could work without them knowing but ok ill call them up later and see
