Full Version: Online Software Setup To Encourage Play?

Just wondering your opinion on this. In order to make rakes bigger do you think websites set up their software to encourage play, ive even heard as far as "bots" at the table. Normally one will inject ones money into the site, blow it up for awhile and take a ton of terrible beats until their money is gone. Ive experienced this on paradise. Ive played over 10,000 hands live atleast and ive never seen anything like this. All while typing this my set of queens just lost to runner runner flush after all the money was in mad.gif

It's the "Doom Switch" the site can see that you are playing well and activate it to make you lose to even things out.

You need to play at least one hand a round poorly, such as re-raise pre flop with 4,9 off suit. Then you will start winning again.

It also helps if you move up in limits and play for a couple of rounds.

I know exactly what you mean man, party poker is the worst....ive never seen anything like that before. Very obvious. Ive been on paradise and do well but the swing on there are pretty insane.

I can't tell if this is serious or not, but it really really seems genuine, and that's just pathetic...
