I just happened so I have to wait for Yahoo to catch up. He was arrested for kidnapping and want to extradite him back to Mexico. He supposedly broke the law when he brought back the serial rapist that had fled to Mexico.

Is this a Deadwood episode?

Thought it would be something like that. Kidnapping accusations seem like they would be regular job hazards for a bounty hunter.

I know Mexico made him a fugitive for leaving the country with the heir to MaxFactor Cosmetics... but wasn't this a few years back? He's the Dog, he can't be arrested!
