Gavin: Yes you were just on with me.

cheemo: ok, but you must understand my frustration here gavin, i play with the Ongame network also, and other networks. When you are 1st to act and fail to act, it will check the hand, and then fold to a bet

cheemo: this time, i had aces full, and was scrolling the bar to the appropriate bet and it autofolded me

cheemo: the other guy won the pot uncontested

Gavin: Ok Cheemo, I undestand what you are trying to say now.

Gavin: So you are suggeesting instead of it folding your cards when you are timed out you think it should check you if there are no other bets on the table?

cheemo: exactly, and until a bet is placed, so if my opponent then bets it will auto fold me, unless i['ve hit the "i'm back" button by that time
cheemo: it makes no sense to have all in protetion but not this option

Gavin: Ok I will pass your suggestions onto our card room manager, we always like to have feedback from our members.

cheemo: and thats it? If i'm not refunded some sort of dollar amount, or a ticket into a sng, maybe some Pop points, i'm cleaning this account and leaving

Gavin: Unfortunately this is the way the software is programmed at the moment every member has the same chances due to these reasons I am unable to compensate you.

cheemo: The rake i've paid in the last 3 years alone could put a kid through college, thanks for nothing, consider this account finished

I dont know how you can expect them to compensate you.

If you've been playing on the site for 3 years, you must've by now known that the software works like that. It's not as if the software glitched forcing you to do something unexpected.

And for what it's worth, Im sure it's worked to your benefit in the past at some point too.
