Great game yesterday against the crappy looking Packers. 26-0. Felt a lot better especially since I go to school in Wisconsin. The defense is going to be #1 this year.
greatwhite
I don't know. Baltimore has a pretty solid defense. The fact that they are in the AFC North and the Bears are in the NFC North is going to hurt them though. Ray Lewis had an off year last year, but I think he's back.
fryer98
Remember when Bettis ran over Urlacher at the goal line? Yea, that was sweet.

The only thing sweeter is watching the Bears choke in the playoffs.

FYP

I am a little nervous about the Lions.

NOT.
The Czar
fryer98, this is 2006, just ask the White Sox.

The Bears have a very favorable schedule this year and I think have a real shot at the NFC.
zimmer4141
Well, they're about to go 1-1 after they get rolled by the oh who am I kidding, the Bears are gonna kill the Lions.
Teavis
As a Packer fan I have to say that the Bears...

Ah who am I kidding...we couldn't even beat the University of Illinois.

I'm assuming you are a Steelers fan. You should be rooting for your real favorite team, and that is the referee's.Remember those guys? The ones who won the Super Bowl last year.

The Bears Defense did give up some yards on the ground, but that was only becuase they were only play 6 against the run,in order to take away the pass. They had to big of a lead to be worried about Green running, and eating up the clock.

GO BEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEAR DOWN!!!!!!!!!
gkunit20
What was that sound? Was that the sound of a dead lion?

34-7
DerekTah
But look out for those Lions, they came close to scoring 60 this time.

Granted if scores were made for being close the final score would of been

Lions: 60
Bears: 464

But wow, what an offense those Lions have.
gkunit20
Yeah, that game was scary.

What was Grossmans QB rating again? Like , 148? tongue.gif

Close, but not quite!

Bears: 37
Fishies: 6

PWNED!

Completely dominant game tonight.

Everybody looked good. Rex played great aside from a few overthrows. It is good to see that we finally established a running game against (what I thought was) a good defense.

The defense continued to play great, Tommie Harris is looking unstoppable.

Remember though, the Seahawks didnt have Alexander.... rolleyes.gif

The Bears keep whipping ***,yet every week there is a new excuse why.

Man is it a great time to be a Bears fan!!!!
greatwhite
I hate to say it, but the Bears might be the best team in the NFL. It looks like they found some offense.
brvheart
The Bears are awesome! I hate them (go Cowboys), but wow, they are good.
Outlaw_IA
They look great, very happy fan here.
gkunit20
There is no way Alexander would have scored that extra 31 points. The Bears are the best team in the NFL right now.

I wouldn't go that far.

They still have a very young QB, and they are not playoff tested.

But the playoffs are hardly the playoffs in the NFC.

They just whooped one of the few teams they'll need to worry about.

I just hope everyone stays healthy.

As much as I love the Bears,I have to agree.I dont think the Bears can wear the crown of best team right now.I still give the nod to the Colts.Manning has been at it a long time.
The play offs are a long ways away, but that will be the real test.
wsox8
Bears are the best in the NFC by far at the moment. We can go that far. I'm not going to mess with the NFC because they are a league of their own.

I think he meant AFC for the 2nd one.
chgocubs99
OK, I'm seriously starting to feel sorry for the Bills right now.
rookie2619
Not really. This is really impressive. Just complete domination so far. Bye next week, then niners (right?), undefeated season? Is it too early to say it?
gkunit20
What channel is it on? FOX isn't showing it

It was on CBS here, but they switched it to NE/MIA before the 3rd quarter ended.

Couldve had the shut-out easy but oh-well.

40-7

Monday night vs the Arizona Cardinals, then the bye. This schedule is shaping up nicely. I see 14-2 very do-able.
The Czar
That last TD pissed me off, but I guess I'm just being greedy. Total Domination. DaBears.
gkunit20
Bears will go 15-1 this season. They're only challenges left are the Giants and the Pats. We can beat the Giants
pats will be tough

We thought that about the Seahawks a couple weeks ago too.

I'm just sayin.

If any team can go undefeated... it's this one, with this schedule.

Not saying it'll happen.. but don't count it out just cause it's rare.

I think if they lose it's gonna be to a team they should beat. Like Brett Favre pulls of some miracle or Minnesota surprises them or something like that.
