Yeah, pretty much.

Being out of position limits your options.

You will be bluffed here fairly often.
But calling down every time will cost you money.
If you're ever going to do it, choose your spots wisely.

If you really don't believe him 3-bet the flop and fold UI on the turn if he caps. If he doesn't cap bet/fold any turn card.
