Flat call the 13, imho.

I agree with the other two, just call here. You can't raise here without the nuts.

yeah, I really wasn't sure what to do here. I was close to calling, but his reraise on the river, seemed quite small if he had the nuts. I mean if he thought I had the Ace, then why not raise more I'm going to call. When I decided to re pop it, I was thinking I was willing to lay it down if he pushed. However I think you guys are right that I'm only gonna get any action there if he has the nuts, but I suppose it is possible that K icon_suit_spade.gif or Q icon_suit_spade.gif might not be able to get away from it.

The out come is funny though, http://www.pokerhand.org/?482083
I guess it is concievable that he can call with quite less. So is reraising there still wrong? I auto lose to one hand (10 icon_suit_spade.gif ), but know I'm behind when he pushes. However can possibly get called by K icon_suit_spade.gif , Q icon_suit_spade.gif , or even something stupid like the straight, set or two pair.

Its very easy to overestimate out opponents in these spots. All things being told, I do agree that I dont like the re-raise to 28. Its akin to doing it with the K sp (ie. the 2nd nuts) and I think that by the time he re-raises, you gotta be happy to call.

As for the showdown... lolol icon_clap.gif

Always nice to have a player like that at the table. Oh, and yeah, don't make that last raise. Just because you got a total idiot trying to make 'the wondercall' doesn't mean it will happen regularly.

I really wouldn't bank on any coherent player to pay off your reraise with a straight or 2 pair.

eh, not really, when I got the call i knew I was ahead (only hand that beats me has to raise)

But yeah, I really wasn't sure here. I think with that board a call here is ussally right. I guess the only thing that I found wierd was his such small reraise, why not put some really money in there with the nuts.

Anyways while I'm leaning toward just calling, this is one of those case's were results orientented thinking might be useful as I think alot of poeple would be supprised what some poeple are willing to showdown with.
