Pretty easy fold, IMO.

I don't think villain would make a raise like that without at least one better spade, IMO.

I put his range as TT, QQ-AA (1 spade), AsT, AsXs, or even just AsXx...

I don't know.

I think I could find a better spot to have a huge pot.

dont waste time thinking go all in really fast

I think you should fold. This is a weak spot to play a big pot. He's definitely strong here, he's bet half of his stack into this pot after you raised him preflop, and led out on the flop. Even if he decided to push here with AsTx, you still have to dodge 8 spades, 2 T's, and 3 A's.

Readless its probably a fold but this can easily just be the As. Sometimes I try to keep the pot small in these types of pots.

Seems like a fold here. It seems most likely you're slightly ahead or far behind. Then again this is 6max.

Could be up against AsKx like the hand DN played in the WSOP against QQ on a flushed flop

True, but thats a virtual coinflip for 100 bucks. If OP wants to gamble to maybe establish an image, or is fairly certain his spade draw is good, then its a call. But with no read, its better off folding hands like these.
