From the PPT last night..did they color down at the final 10?? the Blue chips were 1,000 and at the final table it appears they took them away and gave 500 pink chips.

Ive never heard of this. I guess they wanted more chips for TV coverage??

I think you got it mixed up.... Pink = 1k Blue = 500

If you follow close enough attention you can pick up the chip denominations but i think they should say what the chips are at the beggining of the episode.

Agreed. And to the OP, I think albasuna is right here btw. I think the commentator's made a mistake and got the denominations mixed up themselves. I noticed that while I was watching, but I just shrugged it off.

There aren't many shows that tell what the chips are which isn't that cool. If you watch long enough you can pick it up like in HSP everyone knows that yellows are 1K and in the WSOP yellows are 1K.
