Let's forget the first mistake: Playing this hand at all. It was very passive at the time with the Final Table looming, so I was able to selectively pick up antes. With all the fives out, I like this hand a little more, as there's less of a chance that I pair up.

Of course, if I pass here, Corona completes, and falls into the exact same situation I did, thus making him the bubble boy. That's neither here or there now.

I've replayed this hand several times, and the part where I think I tripped up is 5th street, where i should've three-bet instead of calling. He doesn't know I'm not paired up, the only thing he's seeing is one brick, and he bricked worse. If I three-bet instead of call, I define my hand and tell him that it's stronger than he thinks. When 6th comes, if I hit perfect (like I did) and he bricks again (like he did), I bet out and most likely take the pot there.

Naturally, I could fold 5th after his raise and still have chips, but I'm not there to hang around until the final table, I'm there to win. I think the 3-bet line on 5th gives me chips to do that.

Suggestions?

if hes going to raise you on 5th after you bet all the way like you were strong I just dont see him folding no matter how you play it. He has a ton of chips and is in danger of bubbleing even if he loses this hand. I think your bet on 6th street is bad, given that he raised 5th I cant see him folding 6th, so you might as well just check to him, he should just check behind and you get to see a free 7th street. If you blank 7th it should go check check and if you lose you'll still have a few chips left, the way you played it if you lose you are crippled. Your mistake is trying to run a continued bluff through a guy that isnt going to fold, 3 betting 5th street would just end up costing you extra chips imo. In a cash game I would probably run it like you did, but in a tourney where you need the chips you have to save enough so if you lose the hand you can still fight back.
