I'd fold preflop.

We have:
1 out to the nuts (A

)
15 outs to a straight or flush (which might be good)
5 pair outs (which almost certainly aren't all good. Q: spade: makes a flush)
The real question has to be does the preflop raiser have the A

. I don't mind calling the flop bet looking for a straight, but we have the opportunity to get our money in dead on the later streets if a flush card hits.
I think I like a check-raise to 25 or so. The flat call doesn't hurt my feelings.

I'm done. There's just nothing I can bet confidently on the river.

As played, I bet the river and probably fold if raised.
