I'm glad I didn't jump on the fairly good sized bandwagon that had Syracuse going to the Final Four. I went fairly conservative, Illinois and the 3 ACC teams (Duke, UNC, Wake), so at least I'm still alive there..

As a life long CUSE fan who only lives 45 minutes from the Carrier Dome I can hnoestly say that I feel like puking. That game was terrible. But Hakim Warrick did have a triple double 21pts, 11 rebs, and 10 turnovers. Plus not sure who saw the whole game but can anyone saying that the technical foul they called on Roberts for hanging on the rim wasn't the worst call in the history.

North Carolina v. Illinois is a game that needs to be played whether those two teams make it to the finals or not. It is necessary for this game to be arranged. It would be an incredible game -- seems to me it's raw talent (UNC) v. great teamwork (Illinois).

never underestimate the zags! they've got the team to make a deep run this year. morrison is a stud. i've played 3/6 with quite a few of the zags at a local casino. all really nice guys too. i've got florida, duke, gonzaga, and arizona in my final four.

Guys, I may be a biased alum, but believe me the University of Louisville Cardinals are going to make a deep run.....if they get past Georgia Tech....look for them in the Final 4.

They are having close games, but this season has hallmarks of how we played in 1986 to win....wouldn't blow people out, but having the toughness to win NO MATTER WHAT. This team is clicking and going to show the NCAA was crazy making the 4th rated team in the NATION only a 4 seed in their REGION.

very conservative final four here with illinois-Duke-Nc-and Georgia Tech.
Tech maybe a 5 seed but 5-6 teams could come outta Alburkurquee or whatev bracket, Washington- Lousiville - Tech - Wake - Zags or hell even Texas Tech, so a long shot there is playable imo.

Why don't we all just post who is in our Final Four. I have Illinois, Louisville, North Carolina and Oklahoma. Then I have a IL/NC final. Illinois then wins it all. Illini Baby!

Kansas is my only sweet sixteen team that I lost on the first round. THis may have been my best first round in at least eight years. I got 24 out of 32 right and no major losses for me. I checked our pool, unoffically it looks like JWeber is in the lead with 25 a bunch of people and I are sitting on 24

I got 26 out of 32 right in the first round, and only lost one sweet sixteen team (Kansas, but I was happy to see them lose.) Was one of only two people in our 26 player pool to pick Vermont - I'm old enough to remember when Boeheim coached teams always choked in the first round.

My final four teams are Illinois, Louisville, UConn, and (Ugh) Duke. I'm tied for second, so "so far so good".

Well, at least I'm in striking distance still. It says i'm 27th.. but it's actually tied for 6th because so many of us are tied.

Yesterday hurt me. I had KU in my elite eight and New Mexico as the cinderella sweet sixteen team. Whoops. I now have only 12 of my 16, and 7 of my 8 (damn you Simien!). Looks like I'll have to be perfect from here on--which should be interesting, 'cause I put Utah in my eight. Gotta love the big white stiff in the NCAAs.

I was pulling for vermont, and after they won i was happy but then i realized, wait a minute, i have cuse in the final 4 of 2 of my brackets. DAMN! so i get home last night from poker to look at my 3rd bracket (which i did pick vermont to beat syracuse) and i see on ESPN that my bracket is in 962'nd in the nation, with 29 correct.
