Within the 10 - 18h range, I basically freeroll if I'm not in the top 9 since they all pay out.
Anyways, if you lead the flop with that board, you should lead the turn as well. How could a deuce make you think your hand is bad?

Wow, UTG calling a pot-sized bet would probably scare me in this situation. He could be ahead, he could be drawing with KQ or AQ. He could be calling with Tx.
Did you consider checking the flop to see the action and giving yourself the option to raise?
I'm torn between trying to keep this pot small (since we don't have a monster) vs defending against possible draws. And, I don't know the answer.
Your M was about 10 before your flop bet, so you have chips to work with, but a draw defense will probably commit your stack.

personally i think villan was slow rolling you. i would of checked the flop to see wat action was to come from villian that way u have control over wat is goin to happen next....re raise if need be and so on..

Whats your read on this guy? I don't think most players would limp w/ KQ 5 handed, even if it was UTG..Was he tight passive/aggressive? Without a read, I would probably try to get to showdown as cheap as possible, but check/calling reasonsable sized bets...This hand freakin sucks though

For some reason I completely went against my read this hand. Earlier I saw this guy limp from LP w/ KK.... and AA.
He was UBBBBER passive, and Throwemaway, you know how I love those uber-passive people.
I kick them in the face.
Anyway, he completely surprised me (shouldn't have) when he called after about 20 seconds w/ QQ..... and beaverstyle can't hit a 5 outter to save his life.
I really think the only way I wouldn't have lost my stack this hand was to bet maybe 3/4 the pot on the flop, check/fold the turn... but I just feel that is so weak, even against a weak/passive player calling my flop bet.
