The more and more I think about it, the more and more I tend to agree with DN. I didn't at first, as I had little true understanding of the meat of the whole thing...but after looking at both sides...I think that really..."The 7" aren't going to do much for the game, or players in general, except line their own pockets with damages(potentially) they perceive to have been wrought on them, and bring the hammer of scrutiny upon poker in general...so much so that the government will pay more attention to things such as our beloved online game, so that our favorite sites, and potentially favorite players(that's you DN), could be held in the light of criminals...it's all sad.

But that doesn't mean that it can't be gambled on!

Hopefully, this is not a double post or anything...but I had a thought...DN(and others supposedly) feel pretty strong about the fact that the lawsuit is frivolous, and that it will damage poker. The 7 believe they are fighting forf players rights, and in the end, all will benefit.

I say...this is the formula for a great prop bet. Far be it from me to spend DN's money...LOL...but heck, man...somebody should benefit from this...because I think that players AND poker will lose from this...

If "The 7" win their lawsuit, DN would donate $1,000,000 to a charity of their choice, and vice versa.

Yeah...yeah...here come the flames...DN is already charitable...this is a legal matter, not some side poker action...yeah yeah I know...it just seems as if SOMETHING good should come of this really potentially bad situation.

Just a thought.

Be well, and good luck at the tables everyone!
