After viewing the last few video blogs of Daniels, Im wondering if it is time for the poker players to unite and start a "United Poker Players Asociation." This association would be a group of elected officials that would act as a go between the players, the tourney organizers and the casinos. Kinda like contract negotiators or a union without actually being a union.
It would stop the need of individual lawsuits. It would also stop the bad press unless the news is so huge....well nothing is perfect.
Yes there would have to be a memebership fee. To better explain it I will direct you to a website called the Ontario Harness horse Association. They are the go between that represent the horseman and do their negotiations between the horseman, the tracks. the commission and Ontario lottery and Gaming corp.

I realize that comparing horse people to poker players is like comparing anchors to sails. But with some modifications Im sure the poker players can make the OHHA idea fit to suit them.
The OHHA referance is like the pirates code. ONLY A GUIDELINE FOR THE POKER PLAYERS TO CREATE THEIR OWN ASSOCIATION TO BENIFIT THEIR NEEDS.
