hey so im really into fitness, i work out 6 days a week, cardio and strength training each day. today i felt like pushing myself in cardio, so i ran for 3 hours. the problem is that whenever i push myself really hard, i get horrid stomach cramps at the end, and i have to crap right away, and it's not a solid crap at all. it's like a diarhea kind.
i was wondering if anyone could post a link to a site that explains this. my friends all get this too if they play basketball for too long or run for too long also. so i guess it's not just me.
