I don't get it.

i'm sure it is variance, he was playing limit which has the biggest variance, in comparison to nl. 125bb is alot for one session, but anyting can happen in limit poker.

He's got so much money i dont think it matters.

Maybe they were referencing your thread title that may have possibly implied poor play?

The question mark indicates that it is a question.

We played a lot of pot limit Omaha with a bigger cap. That is an extremely big game where a million dollar swing is not uncommon at all. Having said that, I'd say I was playing my C game for most of the night.

Like a lot of people, whenever im not playing that well I set a loss limit and quit if I reach it.

Would you consider setting a strict loss limit in the future, or would it always depend on the beatability of the game(or something else)?

they way you said it in your vid blog it must be your biggest loss ever !!

i hate loosing sessions when you think back to the time during the session when you were up or even and say to yourself "i should have left"!!

10-20 limit omaha can have big swings if theres a couple aggressive players, I can imagine 150,000 pot limit omaha every other round having more variance than anyother game I could think of. 21 hours of that admittingly playing your C game I would say 1 million is not that bad. But that being said with the ME around the corner I'm sure there's gonna be lots of action in the big game to see that money come back. GL!!

ughh, I know the feeling but hey DN didn't even lose50% of what he was UP for the year playing poker.

A couple more like that might have him thinking otherwise but that shall be a tale we hopefully never read.

Sell that bread to the tourists. You can never have enough money, period. Nobody loses that kinda money and shugs it off. But with that loose image it will probably net him much more in the future, to look on the bright side.

Should be kinda like in the 'Godfather'. Go legitimate, get into stocks and commercial buildings, once fortunes are made in poker.

I appreciate your candor. Play your A game and kick *** next time. I'm rooting for you.

Well judging from what I saw on High Stakes Poker he does go on tilt when he's on a bad run. Also whatever happened to limiting losses by quitting early instead of long sessions ? Each time he's lost around this amount of $ he's always played for around a whole day straight ... I think there's obviously a reason others are sticking around when a player is losing a million ... might have to fix that leak DN biggrin.gif He's been on a sick run lately though and it's gotta be just variance ... looking at his past results in that game over the last 2 months or 3 months he's been running to good for it to last much longer ... Still must be nice being up over 1.5 million though this year ...
