You know how some words are spelled the same singular and plural? Like Deer or Bison? I think Noob should be one of those words. Doesn't saying Look at that pack of Noob" just sound right?

Ever play any on-line video games? Every year after Christmas, we're flooded with what we call "Christmas Newbs." Listening to someone less "cool" than myself talk about how much he hates "Christmas Newbs," often in a high, 14ish year-old voice, is one of the funniest things imaginable. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Everything you want and don't want to know about newbs

The n00bage around here is out of control....

A few months ago, I made a casual statement about how I love peeps so much I could "eat 100 of those things." Next day I come in, and there are 100 peeps sitting on my desk. I managed to down 45, then came home and fell into a 6 hour sugar coma face down on the floor. I could have probably done 15 or 20 more, but once I realized I wasn't going to hit the century mark, I backed off because I didn't like the thought of peeing pure sugar. Good times.

Remember those cherry pies you would find in convenient stores on the cupcake and assorted treats rack? Well, I ate three of those in under an hour once when I was 7. I spent my entire weekly 2 dollar on them within minutes of receiving it. Anyhoo, I covered my downstair bathroom in red chunks and then coincidentally came down with a nasty stomach flu a couple days later.... and spent a week having fever nightmares and making multiple trips to the porcelain. All I could think about was the taste of that artificial cherry conconction on its way back up the hatch..... :::shudders:::... For years I would walk by those damn things in the store and almost dry heave gag. Meh.
