Preflop: Hero is BB with J

. SB posts a blind of $0.50. 2 folds, SB (poster) completes, Hero raises to $2, SB calls $2.
Flop: ($6) 3

(2 players)SB bets $3, Hero raises to $9, SB calls $6.
Turn: ($24) 7
(2 players)SB checks, Hero bets $12, SB calls $12.
River: ($48) 4
(2 players)SB bets $2, Hero...
SB's a pretty bad player. Generally gives too much action, calls a lot, etc.
I know the turn bet isn't standard but I was trying to build a pot in case I hit some of my outs, and set up a river bluff if I wanted. I think I might have some fold equity on this turn as well against some of SBs weaker hands.
Edit: Pre-flop = misclick
