Ok so I have read Todd Brunson's section on Stud 8 or Better in SS2 and it has helped me a lot. But I am looking for something thats a little bit more in depth with dealing with starting hands, when to call a raise, pretty much just a rundown of it all. If anyone could help, that would be very much appreciated.
