So, what's our plan from here on in?

Also, what do we do on the flop? Were we too passive? Should we have gone for a check raise? Any advice would be appreciated.

Check/raise all-in, or bet about $15 depending on villian. I would also 3-bet the flop since the board is pretty draw heavy.

if were gonna re-raise the flop you might as well just push then

if we raise to $15-ish and villian pushes were be getting over 3-1 and have to call. If villian calls were pretty much pushing the turn regardless

I think we have to bet out here. if we check and he checks behind were not sure where we are at. Was the flop raise a free card play or is he now scared of a K or does he have a Q with a weak kicker or was he raising with A8 to see where he stood

since were betting out, no bet makes sense to fold if he pushes. so just push the turn if you bet out

This is stupid. We're not looking to get fold equity against a better two pair. We're looking to get called down by something like AQ. If we push the turn, we're probably going to scare villian away, but a bet of something like $9 might convince villian to call us down.

yeah, 9 will push out all the draws

i mean, villian will only be getting like 3-1. whether or not he'll be getting correct odds, you know he he'll call this with any draw

not to mention AQ probably raises this preflop from the button

Good. We like money.

Reraise All in on the flop, your big stacked and we are ahead here way more than we are behind. Pusha.

With QQ being the only reasonable set, you're ahead here a ridiculous amount of the time and likely to get called by a bunch of bad hands. So I this Krup's on here w/ pushing.

on the turn, it's a C/R. I don't think 2 spades can resist bettin when that king pops.

Am I correct UTG cold-called both your flop bet and Button's raise to make three of you to the turn? I think you absolutely must reraise this flop when you are not closing the action with bottom two pair against multiple opponents. I push the flop because any raise commits either Villain, but perhaps I am a bit reckless. I pay off a set or better two pair on this flop every time.

I bet the turn as played and expect to get it all in, but I vomit and mumble 'I have thirteen outs' if (either?) Villain turns over KQ. However, I think you need to either take this hand down on the flop or at worst get it heads up.

Yes, though I always though the term "cold called" refered to just calling two bets (I guess it's more of a limit term).

Really, even in a limped pot four handed? But then again, I guess the stacks aren't too deep.
