How i lost a good chuck of my BR:
3 times w/ AK: flopped an A, and lost to an underset.

2- 3 outers while allin

QQ ran into AA

BEAT OF THE WEEK:
10-10, I call a preflop raise
10-4-4
3 of us go allin- it comes 4-4
They both split w/ AJ.

AA cracked w/ 33

I get JJ, make a raise preflop, 1 caller
J-10-3, all hearts
We get allin on the flop and he shows K7 hearts

Just lost half a buy-in w/ KK on a board of 4-6-2-7-9
he had 77, most of the betting was on the flop

I LOST A BUY-IN ON ALMOST ALL OF THESE HANDS, BESIDES THE 3 OUTERS
(all this in 2 days)

I have a question, this is affecting me emotionally, how can I avoid this?

Eww, that beat really is absolutely sick.

As far as the question, stop playing is probably the only way to be sure to avoid emotional problems.

Ya, I tryed to keep playing, hoping I would move past it, but I can't. I just keep thinking about it.

Other than the one really sick beat, all the others are standard beats. It happens a lot (especially at lower levels). You HAVE to learn how to take them in stride. If you keep dwelling, you might as well quit playing poker. It will affect your game. You can't be afraid of losing. Scared money is dead money.
