Hey--

It's Sunday and I'd like to find a friendly home game of FCP players. Anyone in New York? I'd love a low buy-in tournament. I know of and have played in a few of the clubs in NYC, but miss my old home game.

Let me know! You can e-mail me at ben4poker@gmail.com.

There are a lot of good low buy in tourneys at poker rooms all over NYC on Sunday. There used to be a good $500 free roll in Brooklyn too, but that is on Fridays now. PM me for info on which neighborhood would be good for you. Otherwise, if you are set on a home game, there are a few infrequent ones that go on that I know of that are good. Buy in is usually $60 or so with a small fee for drinks/food. Good crowd.

Wow. Finally another NYC FCPer.

I live a block from the New Brunswick stop on teh NJTransit that goes right into Penn station. I'm more than willing to head up to the City for some FCP poker

Well if you guys want there are a number of weekend "home" games that take place in pubs and the like in NYC. I could be up for that... but I've always steered away because they also tend to have annoyances like really bad players or worse bad dealers. meetup.com lists a bunch of these events.

I just like a tourney to go smoothly.. which is why I like the ones in established poker rooms in NYC.

Do any of the nyc poker rooms offer low-limit cash games? I'm in NY too.

Thanks.

No. Barely any limit at all. Usually in a mixed game. NYC is a NL town. Only one club (Playstation) has anything like a consistent limit game.

2 hrs to AC or Foxwoods - plenty of limit there.

If ppl are interested in a Tourney or a Cash game PM me and I will be happy to try and set something up. Maybe next Sunday (3/20).

I have a solid chip set, KEM cards, and an 8 person table.

We ususally play a 1-2NL game when we play and are always looking to get more ppl involved.
