>You have options at Kingsville (No DP) Table!.

My question is how many people continue playing after that start? I just closed Party Poker and left right after that. I was playing on my cousin's account... I think it's jinxed.
erac22
that's awful... I woulda puked and then fired party up again.
Jdr999
You own your cousin a lot of money. Good luck with that.
spikymarv99
I lost a little over $600 not a big deal. My main question is how many continue playing? This actually happened in three minutes. I played a total of under 5 minutes. Do you just stop like I did or do you keep playing. The table are obviously filled with fish, but do you risk going on nutbar tilt. Even though the money wasn't a factor, I could feel tilt coming on.
The Phoenix
I would absolutely stop after that start. I have a loss limit of 2 buy-ins but 3 if its a situation like yours where you just get screwed. I shut it down for the day and come back the next day. The worst is when the day after goes exactly like the day before. I had one solid week like that in May, I didn't think it was ever going to stop.

The tilt factor is what you have to avoid. Your game is going to be affected after beats like that. Some days it doesn't matter how bad the fish are, they'll just catch the cards and you won't.

tough luck on the beats, b ut I can't work out if the point fo this post is to vent, find out about tilt or boast that u can lose $600 and have it 'not be a problem'?

I mean no offence btw - I tilt! but when I tilt I become a good LAG, so I will check my tracker db in a few hundred thousand more hands and tell you how it affects my winrate in the long run! tongue.gif

The point of the post was both to vent a little and to wonder if I did the right thing. These were unbridled fishes. I'm still kinda wondering if I should have stayed and played... they are basically giving there money away, but I just didn't want to press too hard. It's pretty dangerous when you see someone push with a deep stack with a small pocket pair.... I was a little worried that I might start calling off my stack too liberally. Any thoughts? I played for only 5 minutes today! Should I have given myself a chance to make a comeback?
jefferey
Wow, you get aces a lot.
Royal_Tour
OMG!!!,

I have had some beats before but to lose with AA vs KK and KK.. OMG!!!

Just ran it, you were 96.33% to win vs 1.17% and 1.17%, thats like a kick in the nuts, than spitting on your face after u fall.

honestly dude, set up a new account for donations cuz i'll gladly give some money to you after that.

and what was with the guy pushing with 8,8? jesus, i think i'd be driving around town right now looking for fights if i were you

I think you fudged your hand history buddy. Pocket cards are AA and kes1981 shows queens and sixes????

If you want to have the title of the world's unluckiest poker player, sure you can have it.

That brings me to something that I read on Mike Caro's website. It goes something like "If you tell someone a bad beat, chances are you will be raised by an even worse bad beat". Not really precisely your situation, but I think you've been reading all the bad beats that FCPers have suffered and you figured that you would trump everyone by showing a string of sick beats with Aces.

Nice try...but your bluff got called.
wsox8
ouch that one looks like it hurt.. I would have tilted my bankroll away after that.

well, they were at 3 different tables... multi-tabling is possible, no?

Thats pretty bad but I still don't think I'll ever see anything to top this. Losing 38k on one hand playing 2 4 limit has to take the cake.

Dude **** this day, 2nd and a 3rd in a winner takes all STT into the FT 200k, so I spend like 104 including a few turbos tryign to qualify, then buy in anyway. Then go card dead for an hour and a half and finally get kk all in vs. a10 for a good sized stack. Obv A river. Lose a full buy in with top 2 vs. naked under flush draw in NL 100. Get it all in an sb vs. bb with aj vs. a9 flops a 9. **** this gayness
ROGUE06
If you really did get AA 3 times in a matter of 5 minutes, then that is really crazy and even crazier that you lost all 3 times.
AcesUp46
I would be really interested to see what sort of explanation he can give for the fudged hand history.

Somehow, I feel that he's gonna be lying low for a while...

What a tool if he did. I didn't care to begin with, and now making up bad beats is horrible. Also odd that all 3 are all-in pre-flop.

Get a life.

you did the correct (and very hard thing) of leaving before you tilted. many players (myself included) would have just flipped and gone on tilt like theres no tomorow. nice play
Stylin_Fish
I would come back with the typical "Online poker is rigged." But why say that when "All poker is rigged" is more suitable.

what hes done is he had pocket Q's and just changed it because he felt the fish were "lucky" and so too make us feel sorry for him he made em aces

why is fudge such a popular word to use in that situation? It always bothered me because it doesn't sound right.... cheesed off........ gah I'm so milked off right now. Those people just chocolate me off sometimes.

and I especially don't like when people say "that's cheesy" and they aren't talking about cheese.. that is all.

Since you fudged one HH, I'm willing to bet that the money didn't go in to after the flop on the set of 66s and 88s.

Still sucks though.
Mercury69
That 2+2 BBJ story is sad and all, but I can't feel sorry for a guy who says "It's only 38K, not life-changing money, blah blah blah". For me, 38K would solve some issues, thus changing my life, so **** you, rich *****. I hope that guy never wins another pot in his life.

LOL BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I dont have partypoker on my PC anymore cause its the devil, but all one has to do is open it up and request HH #4494824512 and see what it says.

Either way you lost 3 4.5:1 pots in 3 minutes which means ur a pretty unlucky dude, but changing HH for added dramatic effect or sympathy is pretty weak tight man
