Super System 2 - Chapter 10 is a good start
TJs book is OK if you are just starting out.
lyle's chapter in SS2 is more the real deal of playing this game

Omaha Hold'em and Pot Limit & No Limit Poker are also pretty decent. I think that Ciaffone is a little tight though.
