Did I play it wrong or is he an idiot for calling 400 with low pair on the flop?

I usually don't call raises w/ AJ off shortstacked, I'm pushing or folding

I'm inclined to agree here, take it down pf, his MP min-raise says he wants to take a marginal holding to the flop cheaply and in position. I say push pf, even if only to steal, the 350 is worth it with those cards. I'm not a fan of taking AJo to showdown.

On the flop I might call in his position, your bet is too much and it looks like a continuation overbet, I would imagine u don't want a call there and possibly even raise u myself.
