They say its exclusive for online use yet I dont think they can track this kind of thing right?I'm planing to use on a medical center, they just need the number and the details of the card(They wont need to phisically pass on a machine). That should workout right?I fail to see how it woundlt

are you saying you are going to try and buy like a hospital with an online credit card or do u really mean you are probably underage and dont have a CC and want to play online poker

LOL, I will just try to pay a bill there.
Could be anywhere though, I'm seriously suspecting they cant track if your spending the money 'online' or not. I think that card was just not meant to be phisically passed but should work if the company can take the number and security code and process it, I'm just looking for confimation from other POKER PLAYERS, specially from PARTY that uses that to cash money out

This is maybe a silly suggestion, but why not get the real visa card. I use it all the time in shops.
