I know this is a real shot in the dark, but have any of you read this Graphic novel ( I don't usually thow that term around, either.. xmen compliations aren't graphic novels, JC: TSKoE is.) I grew up a comic book fan, but became very disillusioned with the quality of the product during the whole comix speculation bonanza, when cross over first started getting really big and annoying ( something that has just come back into mainstream comics, to my dismay.) So about 4 or 5 years ago, I was really stoned, looking through barnes and noble's comic section, browsing through some comics comps. that I refuse to pay money for, but will sneak a peak at B and N about once a year or so. Well, I saw this book, JC: tSKoE, and I was absolutely enthralled by it. From the opening, amazing cover I was hooked. I read about half of it. It blew my mind, and instantly made me respect graphic story telling as an art form.

It is pretty cool, but I can only handle it in small doses, because I'm already a relatively unhappy person without unneccessarily depressing stimuli.

I thought originally you were referring to Billy Corgan (Lead singer for the Smashing Pumpkins). Man, was I wrong. Just as depressing, though.

I've read a comic since Spiderman did that whole "HE was the clone" bullshit. I was so pissed that I quit reading and haven't looked back. Scarlet spider can suck me off. Asshole

I never did read this, but a chick who live down the hall from me just gave it to me. I'll let you know what I think.

No, it's supposed to be funny. It's funny and sad and brilliant.

How gay is it if you almost cry reading a comic? Oh man, this thing is tearing me up.
