Anybody see this movie? I have to say I didn't care for it that much. If this seems worthy of discussion I'll expand.

nah, it goes by the "official" explanation of what happened, which i think is bogus.

Someone said it was pretty decent though.

Apparently the creators of one of the many 2 hour videos out there got sued for copyright infringement and had to "temporarily shut down", but their video is all over the place so they can't do much.

Ya they link to their video on that site too, I dunno what to think with the towers, but there was something screwy with the Pentagon and I don't believe the United 93 story at all.

I can fully understand not believing Flight 77 that hit the Pentagon but how can United 93 not be real? How can the government get all those family members to vouch for that story? I am all for conspiracy theories but United 93 is not one of them.

That Let's Roll site is effed up. Frankly, I'm having a hard time believing anyone at this point. Sifting through all the bs is getting messier by the day.

The movie itself doesn't follow exactly with what we were spoonfed about 9/11. There's a few subtle things in there like why the F-16s were scrambled unarmed and over the Atlantic instead of to DC like they were ordered. What I did like most was how they showed the absolute mass confusion that went on; all the misinformation between the individual airports, the FAA, and NORAD. I was expecting the movie to have more of the human element with the people on the plan but it just wasn't there.

If United 93 isn't part of the conspiracy theory, then where is the wreckage from the crash site? Unless the materials from commercial jetliners evaporate on impact or are biodegradable we should have more evidence from Shanksville. Just my .02 (which is admittedly based on little actual knowledge).

I seem to remember seeing shots with engines and pieces of the plane scatterred. It's been a few years but I remember seeing it. I remember seeing footage of them taking pieces of the plane to the hanger to investigate. I was never aware Flight 93 never existed. It makes no sense that the plane never existed. That the government is paying all these people to act. Paying all these people to have memorials of fictional characters. Think about it.

Joe Smith is the son of Mary Smith.

Joe Smith dies on flight 93.

Okay, so if 93 never existed then how does Mary pull this off. For sake of argument Mary never had a son but the government somehow got her to play the part. Wouldn't her friends and family and co workers need to know about this and be part of it. Someone out of her past would come out and say "Hey! You never had a son!"

Okay so she did have a son and he did die. Did they just pick a handful of people who had loved ones die that day and pay them money to pretend they were all on the mythical flight?

Do you see what I am getting at. To pull this off as an actual event when it wasn't it just way to improbable. Noway the government to fill up the holes in one days time. They have proven to not be that bright.

i do see what your getting at, but if the govt is complicit in the 9/11 attacks, they probably killed the passengers and just flat lied to the families. As the theory goes, they thought 3,000+ lives were worth the war on Terror, and i would figure the passengers just add a little bit to the vitctims list.

Noone did, I was just testing out theories on if the plane ever existed. If people claim the crash site had no plane then was there an actual flight 93? What about Flight 77 that hit the Pentagon? So my question/confusion lies at the point of if these people weren't on these planes, or these planes never hit the places we were told they hit, then where are they? Are we assuming we shot them down? None of the planes were over water so the remains of blowing a Boeing out of the sky would produce some debris if not a lot. I am fine with that theory on 77 but I think 93 is pretty tight with me after seeing pics and hearing actual phone calls. The only sites I see questioning the weakage all seem to be rather unreliable sources.

I can't argue the 93 thing with much ammo since I don't know all that much about it. I do however think there is so much more going on here than we are led to believe. I do know about the video and such of them taking debris from Shanksville, but it just never seemed like enough mess to believe that a 767 (or whatever it was) had crashed there. And the "plane" that hit the Pentagon? The showed us an engine that came from that plane, right? Problem is Boeing never used the engine they had as evidence in any of their planes (from Loose Change). And what about the few people on the ground in Shanksville that claimed to see a one or two seat aircraft crash there. Pretty hard to confuse a Cessna with a 767.

I do agree with you about the passengers, though. Where did they go and what about all the phone calls. The one thing is that guy that asked his mom a couple times, "You believe me, right?" Maybe he knows his mom doesn't trust him or something, but it's very peculiar. As far as siding with the conspiracy theory I think wing's right. If the gov't is okay with sacrificing all the people in NY and the Pentagon then less than one hundred on another plane doesn't mean much.

I finally saw this movie lastnight and thought it was pretty good. I thought an excellent job was done depicting the confusion on the ground and the terror aboard the plane.
For anyone that thinks that 9/11 was a conspiracy, I feel sorry for you. Your refusal to accept the facts of the world will doom you to never know the truth, really understand right from wrong, and never see reason.

no offense to some of you but you are pretty messed up if u think this whole thing was set up. you are like those ppl who say the holocaust neverhappened. Why would the government kill 3,000+ citizens just to start a war. Why would they blow up two landmarks and cost ppl billions of dollars to rebuild NYC. Wow im just disgusted that people think this that the thousands of innocent civilians and rescuers lost their lives because of the government or that the whole thing was set up
