Full Version: New Irons
Some of the golfers out there, I'm looking for a new set of irons. I'm about an 8 handicap, and have all new clubs except for my irons. Any recommendations? FYI, I have a set of Top Flite XL-2000 Irons right now. Not exactly top o the line.
I'm no expert,for sure, but I LOVE my hybrid irons. They are incredibly forgiving.
you should PM Oziumrules, isn't he the resident golf-guy here?

Anything is better than what you are playing with now, golf equipment gets better every year and your clubs are at least 7 yrs old.

My uncle has a set of Ping Copper Berylium irons to sell.
cant go wrong with pings...I got the original ping eye 2s and they are awesome clubs

Ping makes great Irons, couple of my buddies have the Ping Eye clubs. I have Taylor Made R200 irons from 3 years ago.
