Just broke down from 6 handed to this.

SB bets, BB folds, Hero raises, SB calls.

He can't really have a flush, unless he 3-bets light from SB with Kx icon_suit_club.gif or something. Either way it's very improbable he has one, since he 3-bet PF the A icon_suit_club.gif and Q icon_suit_club.gif are both out.
I would think KQ/QJ or better would 3-bet the flop.

I probably wait till turn to raise since there are so many bad cards for us that could come, but then again I have been waitting till the turn on hands like this alot lately.
