Dan The Man
Has anyone else been watching this tournament on FSN? They had five tables of pros, celebrities, and Internet qualifiers competing for a $500,000 grand prize. The winner of each table got $50,000 and a seat at the final table. But there was a "Wild Card" added to the final table, and it was none other than Daniel Negreanu. Although he didn't win, it was cool to see him appear. Overall, it was an entertaining tournament, a lot of eye candy and great play by the pros. I used to despise Josh Arieh, but after seeing him play more I gained a lot of respect for him, he's a great player.

yeah, the play was alot better on this episode than previous ones.

I was pretty sure it was DN but really pleased it was also.

I hope he writes a cardplayer article or weblog about how it turned out.

Yeah I watched it last night and was surprised to see Daniel. I tried to think on which of the earlier shows he was on but then realized that he wasnt on any other show. I realized he was that wildcard they had talked about on the last show and I was pleasantly surprised.

BTW, he never did mention he was the wildcard on any of his blogs right?

He wasn't allowed to. He did mention a secret trip a while back though.

I figured as much. Just couldnt recall if he even talked about something secretive like that. LOL, Daniel's got a lot of secret things going on, must be fun.
