I guess I should better explain this. I think my 3-bet is folding Kx and Qx and could potentially fold Ax as well.
Basically the SB was an aggressive player who was capable of folding. Because of this i'd say he almost never has 7x here or a pp 66< because he would have made a move on the flop. So he either has 6x or a stonecold bluff. Also I think his line would be a weird one to take with Ax because hes not folding any better hands.
In the end I looked at this situation as one where I was either drawing dead to a boat or dealing with a bluff on his part. Because of that I thought a 3-bet/fold to a cap would be the way to go.

So the logic is....
the Flush Draw has no value any more,
so we might as well take one more stab at this pot?

My logic was that if I 3-bet this it has to look like either a boat, high pp or Ax. Thus i'm folding hands like Kx Qx and sometimes Ax. If I had A high I would just call down. But since my hand doesnt have much showdown value I figured a 3-bet would be best. I'm still not sure if my logic is sound. But can I possibly just fold the turn vs an aggro player? Or would I have to call and then fold the river UI.
