I'm on button w/ 88.

EP raises, I make it 3 bets SB calls, EP caps and we both call. (13sb)

Flop: 689

The good news is I flopped a set, the bad news is there's a straight out there. The good news, I don't think anyone is playing 75 or T7 in a capped pot.

SB checks, EP bets I raise, all call. (19sb)

Turn: Q

SB checks, EP checks, I bet SB calls, EP folds. (approx 12 BB)

River: 5

Not a great card for me. Makes a 4-card straight on the board. Still I can't give credit to someone playing a 7 in this pot, unless he had 77.

SB bets, I call. Is there any merit to a raise here, or is it call all the way???

With such a heavy coordinated board like that, I would tend to just call the river bet..... the opponent most of the time wouldn't bet out like that with a crappy two pair...

just call. any 7 beats you plus JT.

Are you ahead more than 1/2 the time he calls?
Will you fold to a 3-bet.

Answer that and you'll have no need for us.
