My only point of concern is my turn bet..not the fold. Villain is loose, but not to extreme.

Absolutely fine.
He may have you beat, but often a typical 2/4 player will take a gutshot to the river here, making it profitable to bet/fold.
Another positive of this line is that it faciliates losing the minimum when you are crushed and it extracts pretty well when you are ahead.
I think you should check/call most rivers. If the river is a Q, I'd check/fold.
